Welcome to StephanSivaYoga

I am a qualified and experienced yoga teacher offering classes in and around Swindon and everyone is welcome. Classes range from traditional basic to advanced and more contemporary dynamic flow yoga (vinyasa) as well as more specialised classes. On request I can offer guidance on pranayama (breathing practices), meditation and mind management (Raja Yoga). I also offer sport massage & injury treatment, soft tissue & trauma release, 1-2-1 sessions, and workshops.

Classes are based on the teachings of Sri Swami Satchidananda and other great masters that have inspired me over the years as well as other yoga traditions and they include classic yoga postures, pranayama (breathing practices), deep relaxation, chanting, and meditation.

StephanSivaYoga integrates the various branches (Hatha, Raja, Karma, Japa, Jnana and Bhakti) of Yoga in order develop a more rounded and harmonious individual. This is a very holistic but also scientific approach and is intended to develop an easefulness to the body and to create clarity of mind.
